MM2 partnered with the health system and acted as the system’s purchase vehicle, acquiring 10,000 square feet of medical space within 5 miles of their flagship hospital and leasing the medical office units back to them for the long term. We have further expanded this footprint through purchase of additional medical units that were for sale in the building, expanding and co-locating care in that market.
