Director of Sales


About the Job

This position supports business development for a real estate investment fund focused on healthcare. We are looking for a highly motivated, professional, hardworking person to join our business development team. The position reports directly to the Managing Partners of M-M2 Holdings and is responsible for developing and closing corporate accounts. The role is part-to-full-time with commission-based compensation and will not exceed more than 20 hours each week to start.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop business partnerships with health systems across the southeast US.
  • Understand the changing healthcare market and leverage knowledge to generate new leads.
  • Complete cold/warm outreach and connect with key executives/decision-makers via email, Linkedin, phone.
  • Use Salesforce to track, develop, and report on accounts and deals within the pipeline.
  • Set up qualified appointments with key decision makers in healthcare.
  • Managing the sales process end-to-end from initial touch to closing.


  • 5-7 years of relevant Healthcare and/or Business experience required.
  • Consulting and Salesforce experience a plus.
  • Masters in Business or Healthcare Administration a plus.
  • Incredible verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Natural people skills and ability to develop and nurture key executive contacts.
  • Goal-oriented with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Continuous learner interested in developing themselves and delivering on results.


Position will receive a three percent (3%) commission based on the total dollar purchase price of each property. Commissions will be paid via direct bank transfer within 30 days of the pre-leased property purchase defined by official transfer of property deed to M-M2 Holdings LLC.
